"I honestly don’t think there’s a better place to eat in Newquay. We stumbled upon Pickled Chef while exploring Lusty Glaze and decided to treat ourselves to dinner with an ocean view. The seafood was unbelievably fresh—I had the grilled sea bass, and my partner had the ribeye, both cooked to perfection. What really stood out, though, was the atmosphere. Sitting right on the beach with a glass of wine, watching the waves roll in—it just doesn’t get better than that. Already planning our next visit!"

"We’re big foodies and had high expectations, but Pickled Chef absolutely blew us away. The service was warm and welcoming, without being over the top. I went for the seafood platter, and my wife had the Cornish lamb—it was honestly one of the best meals we’ve ever had. You can tell they put a lot of care into sourcing their ingredients. Plus, that view! Eating with our feet in the sand as the sun set over Lusty Glaze… just magical. If you're in Newquay, don’t miss this place."
